Rajender brings with him over 2 decades of experience in leading businesses and transformational change at the enterprise level. He was most recently the Founder and CEO of Max Skill First, which is an innovative expansion in the field of professional development, set up under the aegis of Max Group-a leading Indian business conglomerate with interests ranging from Insurance to Healthcare & Senior Living, to Manufacturing. He has been responsible for creating the right framework for the growth of client base, revenue and capability to build deeper and more meaningful value for the existing base.

Rajender was earlier associated with Max Life Insurance, Eureka Forbes Ltd., and a few more. He is a veteran in planning and implementation of sales processes, governance framework and overall organization design. He played a pivotal role as a founding member and as a part of senior leadership team of Max Life and led the Agency vertical as Director & Head-Agency Distribution until 2012. Throughout his career, Rajender has been a zealous catalyst in impacting organizations for creating humongous growth and learning opportunities for varied group of sales professionals.

He is an Executive Coach from Columbia University, New York, USA. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Delhi University and has completed an Executive Business Leaders Program from IIM, Kolkata. He has been awarded with the prestigious ‘Chairman Award for Excellence’ at Max Group & with the highest award at Max Group, ‘Founder’s Award’  in 2021 in recognition of all the contributions & role modelling of company values.

Besides his professional strengths, Rajender is a passionate marathon runner, an ardent spiritual practitioner, a food enthusiast and a real movie buff.

Laveena Joseph joined Career Access as Head – Sales and Client Engagement, and is leading our Business Development and Client Engagement initiatives in CA, based out of Bengaluru. Prior to coming on board, she was General Manager – Client Engagement & Business Development IT/ITES Pan India with ABC Consultants Pvt. Ltd. In this role, Laveena played a key role in building the IT/ITES vertical into a formidable force and the largest business contributor Amongst all verticals, registering back to back years of profitable growth. She managed to build multiple marque clientsin the space, who contribute significantly to the overall IT/ITES Practice.

Laveena brings her great strengths in Business Development, Client Relationship Management. She is extremely Customer Centric and has in-depth understanding and deep relationships in the space.

Abhishek is the Director at Career Access and is based out of the New Delhi Office.

He joined Career Access in March 2022 after an enriching and rewarding stint in the Corporate world spanning more than 22 yrs, having worked with leading companies in Pharma , Chemicals & Life science space.

Before joining Executive Access / Career Access, Abhishek worked at senior Global BD & Sales positions.

He has rich experience of Global Sales and Business Development in B2B space, and specializes in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, Product Management, Distribution Management & P&L Management

Abhishek earned his Bachelor in Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University and MBA Marketing Degree from International Management Institute, Antwerp, Belgium

Abhishek loves Traveling and listening to music.

Shamhav comes with over 15 years’ of experience across multiple domains such as Research & Delivery, Leadership Hiring and Team Management in various companies and a couple of boutique search firms in the executive search space. Over these stints he had been part of Training teams specialising in industry research reports as well as executive identification projects. Also helped set up research teams from scratch which became a backbone for all search offices in India delivering research projects like Organisation Mapping, Board Analysis, Company Intelligence Reports & Compensation benchmarking studies etc.

He has lived and worked in cities such as Mumbai and Delhi NCR and is currently based out of Gurgaon.

He has done my schooling from St. Xavier’s & Don Bosco Delhi and has a Bachelor’s in Commerce degree from Delhi university along with MBA & M.Com as post-graduate diplomas.

He stays in a joint family set up along with his parents and a twin brother and his family.

He is a sports fanatic who loves playing Table Tennis and Cricket. He also likes travelling and exploring new places.

Neha Khullar is the Associate Director with Career Access and operates from New Delhi. She comes from Service & Hospitality background and has spent most of her career working with hotels, airlines and progressed to executive search after being a market researcher for independent projects.

Her experiences in three metropolitans & diversely angled geographies such as Delhi, Dubai & Mumbai, allowed her to build up on her proficiency and created added space for her to welcome diversity. She brings forth a fresh perspective with her capabilities in both, operations & business development. She truthfully believes that service is the basis of all that we try to accomplish while being in partnership with our valued clients.

Neha responsively supports plethora of cultures, genders, orientations including LGBTQI+ and believes in progressive respectable approach and inclusivity at all levels. She is presently researching and expanding her knowledge on ESG. Her involvement with NGOs working for the youth comes from the belief of being a responsible Global Citizen.

With ever changing & emerging markets, Neha stands firm on her ground and trusts in pacing with times. She willfully looks forward to taking on a challenging mandate and tries to bridge the gap between our respected clients and candidates.

She believes in prioritizing physical & emotional health, hence, in her free time you would find her spending time around nature, sipping tea, reading and taking her family out on excursions.
